سابقه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه هوش هیجانی در پیشگیری از رفتار ناایمن و نحوه برخورد مناسب با استرس‌های محیط کار نقش مهمی دارد، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط میان هوش هیجانی و استرس شغلی با رفتار ایمنی صادرکنندگان مجوز کار در یکی از صنایع نفت تهران در سال 1399 انجام شده است.
مواد و روش‌‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی ـ مقطعی است که روی 300 نفر از کارکنان یک پالایشگاه نفت در تهران انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسش‌نامه هوش هیجانی سیبریا شرینگ، پرسش‌نامه استرس شغلی پارکر و دکوتیس استفاده شد. همچنین برای بررسی رفتار از یک پرسش‌نامه رفتاری با 23 سؤال استفاده شد که رعایت ایمنی و مشارکت ایمنی را بررسی می‌کرد و مهدی‌نیا و همکاران آن را طراحی و اعتباربخشی کرده‌اند. برای به‌دست آوردن درصد رفتار ایمن به‌صورت مشاهده‌ای از یک چک‌لیست رفتاری استفاده شد که 5 مورد از رفتارهای مهم صادرکنندگان مجوز کار را می‌سنجید که جزء دستورالعمل مجوز کار و در حوادث گذشته نیز تأثیرگذار بود.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه درصد رفتار ایمن صادرکنندگان مجوز کار 40.57 و میزان استرس و هوش هیجانی آن‌ها به ترتیب 2.26 و 3.12 بود. دربررسی ارتباط با هوش هیجانی و درصد رفتار ایمن، ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری (0.019P=) با ضریب همبستگی 0.161 وجود دارد. همچنین استرس شغلی با ضریب همبستگی 0.217- ارتباط معنی‌داری با هوش هیجانی دارد (0.001P=). اضطراب نیز با ضریب همبستگی 0.068- ارتباط معنی‌دار و معکوسی با درصد رفتار ایمن دارد (0.022P=).
نتیجه‌گیری: بین صادرکنندگان مجوز کار در پالایشگاه، افراد با هوش هیجانی بیشتر استرس کمتری داشتند و در بین آن‌ها رفتار ایمنی بیشتری مشاهده شد.
