	<title language="eng">Present of occupational accidents dimensions based on risk-injury affinity groups (case study, from1384 to 1393)</title>

	<abstract language="eng">Background and aim: correspondence analysis method as the best method to optimize matrix functions that using the risk-injury matrix methods are analyzed. This method reduces the information contained in the risk-injury table and to determine the correlation between the variables in the matrix. The aim of this study is to present accidents and occupational hazards dimensions is dependent to risk-injury groups, using occupational accidents that can be managed.

Method: in this study the reports of occupational accidents registered in the social security organization in a period of ten years from the beginning of 1384 until the end of 1393 ( 222,300 incidents) were collected and type of Risk and injury related to any accident identified based on criteria, the International Labour Organization and classified in a risk-injury matrix (18 &#215; 18). Using correspondence analysis of dimensions are identified individually, this dimensions Most indicate the most correlation between risk and injury that facilitate decision-making in the risk assessment companies are covered by Social Security.&#160;

Results: Hair criteria recommends dimensions with inertia higher than 0.2 are suitable for the study and interpretation of results, based on this study were obtained from the dimensions of inertia (eigenvalue) greater than 0.2 include the dim1 ,dim2 ,dim3 to consider and the correlation between variables is obtained based on singular value (variable distance from the centeroid). (Singular value of dim1: 0.750, singular value of dimension 2: 0.647 and singular value dimension3: 0.521)</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background &#38; Objectives: Today Every organization in order&#160; to survive and develop, need safe and efficient staffing and to use appropriate and worthy of this investment . Accomplishing this goal,&#160; is possible only by executing programs in HSE management seamlessly until to eliminate parallel activities and to create a balance in current Affairs effective organization and by motivating staff and to increase productivity and save money.

The original purpose of this reserch is&#160; to study efectiveness of HSE management programs and its relationship with job satisfaction in&#160; offered plant.

Methods: The method&#160; of this research is&#160; survey and data analysis&#160; is descriptive-analytic. The statistical&#160; society is&#160; 60 persons of Noosh Azar Company who was determined by using cocran formula and randomly. The assessment tool is&#160; a researcher made questionnaire which the validity was confirmed by professors and faculty members and its reliability was measured by using Cronbach. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.

Conclusions: The results were&#160; that the between total score of HSE programs and total score of job satisfaction and all of the aspects of them, before and after the intervention there was a significant and positive correlation. Ranking in the field of management indicators HSE, for &#34;professional health control programs&#34; and the job satisfaction index ranking, for &#34;technical management&#34; was the highest score.

Results: Considering the significant relationship between job satisfaction and HSE management programs, as these programs are implemented coherently and more and more quality it will be more effective on&#160; the employee satisfaction.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background &#38; Objectives: Maintenance is an important tool for the petrochemical industries to prevent of accidents and increase operational and process safety success. The purpose of this study was to identify the possible causes of incidents caused by human error in the petrochemical maintenance activities by using Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS).

Methods: This study is a cross-sectional analysis that was conducted in Zagros Petrochemical Company, Asaluyeh-Iran. A checklist of human error-induced incidents was developed based on four HFACS main levels and nineteen sub-groups. Hierarchical task analysis (HTA) technique was used to identify maintenance activities and tasks. The main causes of possible incidents were identified by checklist and recorded. Corrective and preventive actions were defined depending on priority. &#160;

Results: The content analysis of worksheets of 444 activities showed 37.6% of the causes at the level of unsafe actions, 27.5% at the level of unsafe supervision, 20.9% at the level of preconditions for unsafe acts and 14% of the causes at the level of organizational effects. The HFACS sub-groups showed errors (24.36%) inadequate supervision (14.89%) and violations (13.26%) with the most frequency.

Conclusion: In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of the identified errors, reducing the rate of the detected errors is crucial. Findings of this study showed that appropriate controlling measures such as periodical training of work procedures and supervision improvement decrease the human error-induced incidents in petrochemical industry maintenance.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Introduction: Healthcare centers are one of main organizations which play important role in maintaining people s health by providing healthcare services. Therefore, paying attention to quality of work life (QWL) &#38; job performance in healthcare workers is very important. The aim of this study was assessment of quality of work life and job performance in health care workers and their relationship with demographic &#38; contextual factors.

Method: This cross sectional study conducted on 136 healthcare workers of healthcare centers in Islam Abad West city. Data collection tools were 3 questionnaires: demographics, Quality of work life and job performance questionnaire. In order to data analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient were used.

Result: The Mean (Standard Deviation) of age of healthcare workers was 36.42 (8) years. Most of practitioners in this study were female and married. The Mean (Standard Deviation) score of QWL and job performance were 76.91 (13.25) &#38; 52.5 (9), respectively. There was a significant relationship between QWL and job performance scores (p-value&#60;0.001). Furthermore, the relationship between QWL with educational level and between job performance with sex and educational level were significant (p-value&#60;0.05).

Conclusion: Quality of work life was in a lower than average level and job performance was higher than average. Solutions such as increase of salary, encourage employees to continuing their educations, provide retraining course that are related to job can be useful to improve current situation.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background: One of the major problems in hospitals that resulting in a high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among employees is activities related to handling patients. This study investigated&#160; the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in people with patient handling task using MAPO index in 2015 In one of the military hospitals in Tehran.

Methods: This cross-sectional study among 230 nurses in a 400-bed military hospital in Tehran. The instruments used in the study included the Nordic Questionnaire, MAPO index checklist, demographic questionnaire .

Results: The main results can be the high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among employees, especially low back disorders, shoulder, wrist, and so on that back pain (75%) were most common among employees also the frequency of musculoskeletal disorders in female employees most of the employees were men.

Conclusion: The results of this study show that the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among nursing personnel with patient handling task is high and therefore the need for intervention ergonomic in design environments and tools at the same time educational intervention there.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background: &#160;emergencies can impose huge dolls on the organizations. Such consequences, due to aggregation of the experts, could lead to the more catastrophic outcomes in the academic environments. Usually, the academic environments are less familiar with the management of the emergencies. The present paper tries to measure the preparedness level against the emergencies in the Hamadan University of Medical Sciences.

Method: a basic checklist was developed based on the ISO 22399:2003. The, an audit team was established and conducted the audit process. Five core element that were investigated included: planning, organizational structure, resources, communication and scenario analysis. These items were scored 0-3 according to the sampling audit evidences.

Results: the overall status of all elements were assessed as the &#34;unacceptable&#34;. The least score belonged to the scenario analysis and the most was related to the resources.

Discussion: regarding the obtained results, it seems that there is a vital need to establishing an emergency management system for Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. The most practical offer is following the accepted standards for implementing an emergency management system.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Background &#38; Aims: Mental workload is one of the factors influencing the behavior, performance and efficiency of nurses in the workplace. There are diverse factors that can affect mental workload level. present study performed with the aim of Surveying Mental Workload and its Determinants among Nursing in one of hospital in Kermanshah City

Materials and methods: In this cross-sectional study, 203 nurses from 5 wards of infants, emergency, surgery, internal and ICU were selected randomly and surveyed. Data collection tools were demographics and NASA-TLX questionnaires. The statistical data analysis conducted using Independent sample &#160;t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient using software SPSS 19.

Results: The mean and standard deviation of overall &#160;mental workload estimated as 69.73&#177;15.26. Among &#160;aspects of mental workload,&#160; the aspect of &#160;effort with an average score of 70.96 was the highest and the aspect of frustration and disappointment with average of 44.93 was the lowest one. There were significant relationship between physical aspect of workload with age, type of shift working, number of shifts, type of employment, between temporal aspect of workload with BMI, type of employment and work experience, and between effort aspect with BMI (p-value&#8804;0/05).

Conclusion: Due to the different amount of mental workload in studied hospital wards, relocation of nurses between wards can improve situation and increase the number of nurses can lead to decrease mental workload.</abstract>

	<abstract language="eng">Introduction: Styrene monomer is a volatile organic compound that has many applications particularly in plastic, rubber and paint industries. According to the harmful effects of these compounds on human and environment, reducing and controling of them seem necessary. Therefore, in this study removal of styrene was investigated using photocatalytic process of titanium dioxide nanoparticles stabilized on ZSM-5.

Methods: After stabilization of titanium dioxide nanoparticles on ZSM-5 zeolite, BET, SEM and XRD analysis were used to determine the characteristics of nanoparticles. Experiments were conducted at ambient temperature in laboratory scale. Concentration of produced styrene in the experiments was 50 and 300 ppm, and input flow rate was 1 l/min.

Results: images and spectra obtained through XRD and SEM-EDAX showed that&#160; nano-catalysts are well- stabilized. The results showed that by increasing of input concentration of styrene from 50 to 300 ppm, photocatalytic removal efficiency are reduced. Also, adsorption capacity of the catalyst bed in concentrations of 50 and 300 ppm was calculated 16.3 and19.4 mg/gr of adsorbent respectively.

Conclusion: The results show that the use of hybrid bed can increase the removal efficiency of contaminants. And due to low cost of application of these systems compared to conventional methods, it is recommended that more comprehensive studies to be done regarding the optimization of the parameters affecting the process of photocatalytic removal.</abstract>
