fa ارزیابی کیفیت هوای کلاس‌های آموزشی براساس شاخص دی اکسید کربن Assessment of Classroom Air Quality using the Carbon Dioxide Index عوامل شیمیایی Chemical agents مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: غلظت بالای Co2 می‌تواند بر تمرکز، عملکرد فکری دانش‌آموزان و معلمان تأثیر منفی بگذارد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی کیفیت هوای کلاس‌های آموزشی با استفاده از شاخص  Co2 در کلاس‌های آموزشی دانشکده بهداشت انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌‌ها: غلظت Co2 با استفاده از دستگاه Aeroqual در دقیقه‌های 15، 30، 60 و 90 در 9 کلاس با سه گروه از دانشجویان و در روزهای مختلف در مجموع 27 بار اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل معادلات برآورد تعمیم یافته (GEE) در مدل‌های طولی، با نرم‌افزار Stata نسخه 18 تحلیل و با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی یک نمونه‌ای با مقادیر استاندارد مقایسه شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که نرخ تعویض هوا از 0.01 تا 0.39 بار در ساعت متغیر بوده است که فاصله‌ی زیادی از حد استاندارد (دو بار در ساعت) داشت. در اکثر موارد، غلظت Co2 بعد از 15 دقیقه از حد مجاز بالاتر رفته و تا پایان زمان کلاس روند افزایشی ادامه داشت. بین زمان 30 تا 60 دقیقه روند غلظت داخل کلا‌س‌ها تقریبا ثابت بوده است و مجدد تا پایان کلاس روند افزایشی ادامه داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بر اساس شاخص Co2 و در مقایسه با استاندارد تهویه ASHRAE 62.1 و توصیه‌های سازمان بهداشت جهانی، میزان تهویه در کلاس‌ها از مقدار کافی برخوردار نبوده است. لذا توصیه می‌شود با ارائه طرح‌های تهویه مکانیکی، به ویژه در فصول سرد سال، کیفیت هوای کلاس‌ها بهبود یابد.</div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: High Carbon Dioxide (CO2) concentration can adversely affect the concentration and intellectual performance of students and teachers. The present study aimed to assess the air quality of classrooms using the CO2 index in classrooms at the School of Health. Materials and Methods: CO2 concentration was measured using the Aeroqual device at 15, 30, 60, and 90 minutes in nine classes with three groups of students on different days (27 times). The data were analyzed in Stata software (version 18) using the generalized estimating equations technique, and responses were compared with standard values of CO2 concentration using t-tests. Results: The results demonstrated that the air exchange rate varied from 0.01 to 1.39 times per hour, which was far from the standard limit. In most cases, the CO2 concentration exceeded the permissible limit after 15 minutes and continued to increase until the end of the class. Between 30 and 60 minutes, the concentration trend inside the classrooms was almost constant. The increasing trend continued until the end of the class. Conclusion: The present study indicated that, according to the ASHRAE 62.1 Ventilation Standard and the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the ventilation rate in the classrooms was not sufficient.
