fa ارزیابی و سنجش جوّ ایمنی حاکم بر محیط‌های کاری در یک شرکت بزرگ صنعتی‌معدنی در ایران ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">سابقه و هدف: </span></span></span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA">جوّ </span><span lang="FA">ایمنی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">های ارزیابی عملکرد پیشرو در محیط کار و یک تصویر لحظه‌ای از فرهنگ ایمنی است. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر جوّ ایمنی در میان کارکنان یک شرکت بزرگ صنعتی و معدنی در ایران است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></span></span></span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="FA">مطالعه حاضر ازنظرِ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش اجرا درزمره تحقیقات توصیفی‌مقطعی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان شاغل در چهار مؤسّسه یک شرکت بزرگ صنعتی و معدنی و مؤسّسات زیرمجموعه آن است که از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دسترس استفاده شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها ازطریق پرسش‌نامه جوّ ایمنی نوردیک صورت گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده آزمون واریانس یک‌طرفه و با به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزار آماری </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> <span lang="FA">انجام گرفت.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">یافته‌ها: </span></span></span></span></span></b><span lang="FA">نتایج نشان داد عامل </span><span lang="FA">بُعد </span><span lang="FA">چهارم دارای کمترین امتیاز و عامل </span><span lang="FA">بُعد </span><span lang="FA">هفتم دارای بیشترین امتیاز در میان ابعاد جوّ ایمنی شرکت و مؤسّسات زیرمجموعه آن بود. میان نمره جوّ ایمنی با متغیّرهای سن، سابقه کاری، سمَت شغلی و میزان تحصیلات تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0.05 < </span><span dir="LTR">P-value</span><span lang="FA">). اما میانگین کل نمره جوّ ایمنی در مؤسّسات موردسنجش براساس آزمون آماری </span><span dir="LTR">ANOVA</span> <span lang="FA">تفاوت معناداری داشته است (</span><span dir="LTR">P-value<0.05</span><span lang="FA">). میانگین نمره کل جوّ ایمنی شرکت و مؤسّسات زیرمجموعه آن در وضعیت نسبتاً خوب قرار داشت.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#0d0d0d">:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد </span><span lang="FA">سنجش جوّ ایمنی ابزار مناسبی جهت بررسی زمینه</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="FA">های مداخله در سطح سازمانی و مدیریتی به‌جهت ارتقای ایمنی و کاهش حوادث در حوزه صنعت و معدن است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Background and Objective</span></span></b><b><span style="color:#005828"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">:</span></span></b> The safety climate is one of the most important indicators for the evaluation of the leading performance in work environments and a snapshot of the safety culture. The present research aimed to investigate the impact of safety climate among the employees of a large-scale industrial-mining company in Iran.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b> The present study employs an applied research method in terms of its purpose and a descriptive cross-sectional design regarding its implementation. The statistical population includes employees working in four institutions of a large-scale industrial mining company and its subsidiary organizations, from which the participants were selected using a random sampling method. Data collection was performed through the Nordic Safety Atmosphere Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50). Data analysis was carried out using a one-way variance test and the SPSS 26 software.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Results:</span></span></b> The results indicated that the fourth dimension factor had the lowest score<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">,</span> and the seventh dimension factor had the highest score among the safety climate dimensions of the company and its subsidiaries. No significant difference was observed between the safety climate score and the variables, including age, work experience, job position<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">,</span> and education level (P<0.05). However, the average safety climate score in the measured institutions based on the ANOVA statistical test had a significant difference (P<0.05).
