fa برآورد بار حوادث شغلی شهرستان کاشان با استفاده از شاخص DALY The Burden of Occupational Accidents using the DALY Index in Kashan, Iran ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: بر اساس گزارش سازمان بین‌المللی کار (ILO)، حوادث شغلی بیشترین مصائب انسانی و غرامت اقتصادی را به همراه دارد. هزینه‌های اقتصادی حوادث فقط بر عهده قربانیان نیست، بلکه شرکت‌های مربوطه و دولت نیز متضرر می‌شوند. هدف از این مطالعه برآورد بار حوادث شغلی رخ‌داده در شهرستان کاشان است. مواد و روش‌‌ها: این پژوهش مقطعی به صورت سالانه روی جمعیت شاغل شهرستان کاشان انجام شد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از تمام اطلاعات مربوط به حوادث شغلی ثبت‌شده در اداره کار، تعاون و امور اجتماعی شهرستان کاشان استفاده شد. از روش سازمان بهداشت جهانی برای برآورد بار حوادث شغلی استفاده شد. از نرم‌افزار Excel برای تخمین تعداد سال‌های ازدست‌رفته به دلیل مرگ و ناتوانی زودهنگام و کل سال‌های ازدست‌رفته زندگی با توجه به ارزش‌های اجتماعی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد در طول دوره مطالعه‌شده، 407 حادثه رخ داده است. تعداد کل موارد DALY در مطالعه حاضر 523.138 سال است. از این تعداد 308 سال (58 درصد) مربوط به YLL و 138.218 سال مابقی مربوط به YLD است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تعداد زیاد سال‌های ازدست‌رفته به دلیل ناتوانی ناشی از حوادث شغلی، این مطالعه اهمیت ارائه خدمات بهداشت حرفه‌ای را در صنایع به‌منظور محافظت از نیروی انسانی در برابر حوادث شغلی نشان می‌دهد.  </div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), occupational accidents cause the greatest human hardship and economic compensation. The economic costs of accidents are not only borne by the victims but also by the relevant companies and the government. This study aimed to estimate the burden of occupational accidents in Kashan, Iran. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on the working population of Kashan, Iran. In order to collect data, all information related to occupational accidents registered in the Department of Labor, Cooperation, and Social Affairs of Kashan was used. The burden of occupational accidents was assessed using the method by the World Health Organization. Moreover, Excel software was utilized to estimate the number of years lost due to early death and disability, and the overall years of life lost regarding social values. Results: The results showed that 407 accidents occurred during the study period. Furthermore, the total number of DALY (Disability Adjusted Life Years) cases in the present study was 523.138 years, out of which 308 (58%) years are related to YLL (Years of Life Lost) and the remaining 138/218 years are related to YLD (Years Lived with Disability).
