fa بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی تاب‌آور در یکی از فرودگاه‌های ایران در سال 1400 ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span></span></span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">صنعت هوانوردی با وجود پیشرفت قابل توجه در فناوری و ایمنی، همچنان شاهد حوادث ناگوار است که علت 80 درصد از آن‌ها، عوامل انسانی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی تاب‌آور در یکی از فرودگاه‌های کشور به‌منظور ارتقای سطح فرهنگ ایمنی و تاب‌آوری فرودگاه برای کاهش حوادث انجام شد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></span></span></span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر شاخص‌های <a name="_Hlk88034996">فرهنگ ایمنی تاب‌آور </a>توسط تیم خبرگان ایمنی و عملیات فرودگاهی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی امتیازدهی شد و با کمک نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Expert Choice</span><span lang="AR-SA"> نسخه 11 وزن‌دهی و رتبه‌بندی شد. همچنین پرسش‌نامه فرهنگ ایمنی تاب‌آور بر اساس شاخص‌های ذکرشده، توسط کارکنان فرودگاه تکمیل و داده‌های حاصل به کمک نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span lang="AR-SA"> نسخه 16 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></span></span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">از نظر خبرگان تعهد مدیریت (با وزن نرمال1.0)، صلاحیت (0.79) و آگاهی (0.69) بیشترین اهمیت و فرهنگ خطاپذیری (0.45)، انعطاف‌پذیری (0.39) و مدیریت تغییر (0.35) کمترین اهمیت را داشتند. از نظر کارکنان شاخص صلاحیت (با میانگین 4.12)، فرهنگ خطاپذیری (3.87) و آمادگی (3.84) بیشترین نمره و مشارکت کارکنان (3.61)، انعطاف‌پذیری (3.48) و آگاهی (3.29) کمترین نمره را داشتند.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></span></span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">بر اساس نتایج، عامل صلاحیت که هم از نظر کارکنان و هم خبرگان رتبه بالایی داشت، در بهبود تاب‌آوری فرودگاه مؤثرترین است. همچنین بهبود سطح آگاهی کارکنان که از نظر خودشان کمترین اهمیت را داشت، از مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر ایمنی تاب‌آوری است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Background and Objective</span></span></b><b><span style="color:#005828"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">:</span></span></b> The aviation industry, despite considerable advances in technology and Safety, is still witnessing unfortunate accidents, 80% of which are caused by human factors. The present study aimed to investigate resilience safety culture in order to improve the level of safety culture and resilience and reduce accidents in one of Iranian&#39;s airports.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b><b> </b>In this cross-sectional study, resilient safety culture indices were weighed and ranked by the expert panel, including safety experts and airport operators, using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Choice software (version 11). Moreover, the resilient safety culture questionnaire based on the above-mentioned indices was completed by the airport staff and the obtained data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 16.0).</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt">Results:</span></span></b> According to the experts&#39; opinions, management commitment (with a normal weight of 1.0), competence (0.79), and awareness (0.69) had the most importance and just culture (0.45), flexibility (0.39, and management of change (0.35) had the least importance. According to the airport staff&#39;s opinions, competency (4.12), just culture (3.87), and readiness (3.84) obtained the highest score, while employee participation (3.61), flexibility (3.48), and awareness (3.29) had the lowest score.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005828"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Conclusion:</span></span></b> As evidenced by the obtained results, the competency factor, which was highly rated by both staff and experts, can be effective in improving airport resilience.
