fa طراحی و اعتبارسنجی پرسش‌نامه بررسی علائم خودگزارشی تکنسین‌های سالن‌های ناخن در اثر مواجهه با مواد شیمیایی در شهر تهران عوامل شیمیایی Chemical agents مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#d35400;"><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گستردگی و تنوع مواد شیمیایی موجود در ترکیبات استفاده‌شده در سالن‌های ناخن موجب بروز عوارض جبران‌ناپذیری در سلامتی تکنسین‌های ناخن می‌شود. با توجه به کم‌توجه قرار گرفتن خطرات سلامتی در این صنعت نسبت به صنایع دیگر، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف طراحی ابزاری برای بررسی مقدماتی علائم شغلی ناشی از مواجهه با ترکیبات شیمیایی موجود در سالن‌های ناخن شهر تهران انجام شده است.</span><br> <span style="color:#d35400;"><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پرسش‌نامۀ علائم شغلی از طریق بررسی متون و نظرات متخصصان طراحی سؤال، طراحی و اعتبارسنجی شد. سپس در اختیار شاغلان قرار گرفت و</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">درنهایت، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نسخۀ 20 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.</span><br> <span style="color:#d35400;"><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه، در بخش تحلیل روایی محتوا، مقادیر کل </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">CVI</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">CVR</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">به ترتیب 0/79 و 0/86 محاسبه شد. در بخش پایایی ابزار، ضریب همبستگی ICC در آزمون ـ بازآزمون&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در بُعدهای اطلاعات محل کار، مشخصات و عادات فردی، اطلاعات و شناخت فرد از مواد استفاده‌شده، علائم پوستی، علائم چشمی و علائم تنفسی (سرفه، برونشیت، تنگی نفس و خس‌خس سینه) به ترتیب 1/00، 0/98، 0/99، 1/00، 0/80 و (1/00، 1/00، 0/94) به‌دست آمد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای همه ابعاد بیشتر از 0/70 بود که قابل قبول است. بیشترین علائم در میان شاغلان مربوط به عطسه و ضایعات پوستی خارش‌دار دیده شد.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#d35400;"><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span><span style="color:#e67e22;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها نشان داد پرسش‌نامه روایی و پایایی خوبی برای بررسی علائم شغلی ناشی از مواجهه با ترکیبات شیمیایی در سالن‌های ناخن دارد.</span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: right;"><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:#e67e22;">Background and Objective: </span>The extent and variety of chemicals in the compounds employed in nail salons can cause irreparable damages to the health of nail technicians. Because of the lack of attention to health risks in this industry compared to other industries, the present study was conducted to design a tool for a preliminary investigation of occupational symptoms caused by exposure to chemical compounds in nail salons in Tehran, Iran.<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;">Materials and Methods:</span> A questionnaire was designed and validated by reviewing the literature and the opinions of experts in developing questions. The questionnaire was then distributed among the nail technicians, and finally, the data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 20).<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;">Results:</span> In this study, the total values of content validity index and content validity ratio were calculated at 0.79 and 0.86, respectively. Regarding the reliability of the instrument, intraclass correlation coefficients in test-retest were estimated at 1.00, 0.98, 0.99, 1.00, 0.80, and (1.00, 1.00, 0.94), respectively for the dimensions of workplace information, personal characteristics and habits, information and knowledge of the used materials, and skin, eye, and respiratory symptoms (e.g., cough, bronchitis, breath shortness, and wheezing). Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha coefficient was higher than 0.70 for all dimensions, which was acceptable.
