fa طراحی پرسشنامه بررسی سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارگران صنعت چاپ در زمینه حفاظت شنوایی و تعیین روایی و پایایی آن عوامل فیزیکی Physical agents مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در بسیاری از کشورها، صدا در بین ریسک‌فاکتورهای مهم در صنایع چاپ رتبه‌بندی شده است. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی ابزاری جهت بررسی سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارگران صنعت چاپ در زمینه حفاظت شنوایی و تعیین روایی و پایایی آن انجام شد.</span><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">برای طراحی پرسشنامه، ابتدا 35 سؤال تهیه شد. در ادامه، برای بررسی روایی از روش‌های روایی محتوا و برای بررسی پایایی ابزار از روش‌های ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و بازآزمایی استفاده گردید. در نهایت، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS 20</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج نشان دادند که 10 گویه از نظر روایی محتوا پایین بوده و باید از پرسشنامه حذف شوند. در این مطالعه در بخش تحلیل پایایی پرسشنامه، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هر چهار قسمت آگاهی، نگرش، درک ریسک و عملکرد به‌ترتیب معادل 884/0، 719/0، 832/0 و 727/0 به‌دست آمد. شایان ذکر است که در تحلیل قابلیت تکرار‌‌‌‌پذیری پرسشنامه از ضرایب همبستگی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Spearman</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با نتایج 810/0، 861/0، 890/0 و 985/0 و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Pearson</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با نتایج 912/0، 964/0، 866/0 و 991/0 به‌ترتیب برای آگاهی، نگرش، درک ریسک و عملکرد استفاده گردید.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">طراحی این پرسشنامه به‌منظور بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارگران صنایع چاپ نسبت به حفاظت شنوایی می‌تواند به بررسی راه‌حل‌های ممکن به‌منظور کاهش اثرات صدا بر کارگران شاغل بپردازد (توصیه می‌گردد که در ابعاد وسیع‌تری مورد آزمون قرار گیرد).<span dir="LTR"><span style="color:windowtext;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></span><span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> In many countries, the noise has been ranked among the important risk factors in the printing industries<span dir="RTL">.</span> The purpose of this study was to design a tool for assessing the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice of the printing industry workers in terms of hearing protection and determine its validity and reliability.</span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> To design a questionnaire, 35 questions were provided as the first step. Content validity methods were utilized in order to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire. Moreover, Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and test-retest methods were used to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 20).</span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Results:</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> The obtained results showed that 10 items in terms of content validity were below the standard levels and should be removed from the questionnaire. In addition, in the reliability analysis of the questionnaire, Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficients were reported as 0.884, 0.719, 0.832, and 0.727 for all four parts of knowledge, attitude, risk perception, and practice, respectively.
