سابقه و هدف: پرستاران به علت ماهیت شغلی در معرض ابتلا به کووید-19 هستند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مختلف مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌‌ها: با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی، 142 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های کووید-19 بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی شرکت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا (CDAS) و پرسش‌نامه کیفیت زندگی (SF-36) جمع‌آوری شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 6.1±31.37 سال بود و 62 درصد از پرستاران (88 نفر) متأهل بودند. میانگین نمره اضطراب ناشی از کووید-19 و کیفیت زندگی به ترتیب 8.79±18.70 و 18.70±55.57 بود. نمره اضطراب در سطح متوسط ارزیابی شد. بیشترین و کمترین نمره کیفیت زندگی به ترتیب به بُعد عملکرد فیزیکی (29.03±69.04) و محدودیت‌های نقش به دلیل مشکلات عاطفی (42.86±48.35) تعلق داشت. بین اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی همبستگی معنی‌دار معکوسی وجود داشت (0.001>P و 0.350-=r). پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس و عمومی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین نمره اضطراب (0.032=P) و پرستاران شاغل در بخش عمومی و CCU به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین نمره کیفیت زندگی (0.005=P) را نسبت به بقیه گروه‌ها داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: طبق یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، پرستاران در سطح متوسط اضطراب هستند. پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران بخش بهداشت و درمان با ایجاد مراکز مشاوره تخصصی و آموزش برای پرستاران، نسبت به شناسایی و رفع عوامل ایجادکننده اضطراب و بهبود کیفیت زندگی پرستاران اقدام کنند.
