Data were collected using Hierarchical Task Analysis and Applied Cognitive Task Analysis&mdash;involving three stages of individual semi-structured interviews. The main cognitive challenges for the operators included working with the control panel, diagnosing possible system malfunctions, achieving a specific quality and consistency of concrete, <span style="color:red">performing multiple tasks simultaneously, </span>continuing work during sudden system failure, facing sudden changes in the production schedule, and making judgments about special types of concrete.
