fa نگرش دانشجویان مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای و ایمنی کار به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال 1401 ارگونومی Ergonomics مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">سابقه و هدف: </span></span></span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA">یکی از عوامل مهم موفقیت دانشجویان نگرش مثبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="AR-SA">ی شغلی است. مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای و ایمنی کار علمی است که در زمینه</span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span lang="AR-SA">ی سلامت کارکنان و ایمنی محیط کار فعالیت می‌کند؛ لذا شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش دانشجویان رشته‌ی مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای و ایمنی کار بسیار ضروری است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></span></span></span></b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">در این بررسی که از نوع توصیفی‌تحلیلی است، 62 نفر از دانشجویان رشته‌ی مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰ و ۱۴۰۱ بررسی شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی دانشگاه مینه‌سوتای آمریکا، که 17 سؤال با مقیاس طیف لیکرت داشت، جمع‌آوری شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span> <span dir="LTR">SPSS </span><span lang="AR-SA">بررسی شد. </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">یافته‌ها: </span></span></span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA">از 66 پرسش‌نامه، میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی نگرش به رشته‌ی تحصیلی (4.25&nbsp;</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA"> 28.97) و میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی نگرش به آینده‌ی شغلی (4.7&nbsp;</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA">24.8) محاسبه شد که با در نظر گرفتن نمره‌ی 22 و 19 به‌عنوان میانگین نمره‌ی نگرش به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی، نمره‌های به‌دست‌آمده بیشتر از نمره‌ی پذیرفتنی است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="position:relative"><span style="top:-1.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#0d0d0d">:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌های مطالعه‌ی حاضر بیانگر نگرش مثبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی است. تناسب ظرفیت پذیرش دانشجو با نیاز بازار کار، آشنایی دانش‌آموزان با رشته‌های دانشگاهی قبل از کنکور سراسری، ارائه‌ی مشاوره و حمایت از دانشجویان در زمینه‌ی توجیه رشته و محیط کار و ارتباط بهتر صنعت با دانشگاه باعث بهبود نگرش دانشجویان خواهد شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">&nbsp;</span></span></span> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Background and Objective</span></span></b><b><span style="color:#005828"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">:</span></span></b> One of the important factors contributing to students&#39; success is a positive attitude towards their field of study and future careers. Occupational health and safety engineering is a science that works in the field of employee health and work environment safety. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to obtain a thorough understanding of the factors affecting the attitude of students majoring in occupational health and safety engineering.</span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN">In this study, 62 students of occupational health engineering at Ilam University of Medical Sciences were examined in the academic year </span>2020<span lang="EN">-2021.</span> <span lang="EN">The data were collected using the questionnaire of the University of Minnesota, containing 17 items which are rated based on a Likert scale.</span> <span lang="EN">The data were analyzed using SPSS software.</span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005c2a"><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt">Results:</span></span></b> <span lang="EN">From 66 questionnaires, the mean scores of attitude towards the field of study and future career were calculated at 28.97&plusmn;4.25 and 24.8&plusmn;4.7. Considering 22 and 19 as the mean score of the attitude toward the field of study and future career, the scores obtained are more than the acceptable score.</span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="color:#005828"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Conclusion:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN">The findings of the present study demonstrated a positive attitude towards the field of study and future career.
