fa ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی و آمادگی عملکردی، سازه ای و غیرسازه ای مراکز بهداشتی شهر همدان در برابر بلایا ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#d35400;">مقدمه:</span> اولین مطالبه مردم در زمان حوادث،ارائه خدمات هماهنگ، یکپارچه، مداوم و قابل دسترس است. یکی از مهمترین مراحل مدیریت خطر بلایـا در حـوزه سـلامت، توانمنـدی سیسـتم در ارزیابی خطر می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی و آمادگی عملکردی، سازه ای و غیر سازه ای مراکز بهداشتی شهر همدان در برابر بلایا انجام گرفت.<br> <span style="color:#d35400;">مواد و روش ها:</span> مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بوده که در سال 1400 در 49 مرکز بهداشتی شهر همدان اجرا شد. جهت گرد آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه، مشاهده و &nbsp;چک لیست استاندارد بر اساس دستورالعمل ارزیابی خطر بلایا در نظام شبکه بهداشتی درمانی استفاده شد که وضعیت ایمنی مراکز بهداشتی را درسه حیطه آمادگی عملکردی ، ایمنی سازه ای و غیر سازه ای بررسی می کرد. میانگین آمادگی عملکردی، سازه‌ای و غیر سازه‌ای، امتیاز ایمنی محسوب گردیده و مراکز بهداشتی در یکی از سطوح ایمنی &quot;کم&quot; (50-0)،&nbsp; ایمنی &quot;متوسط&quot; (70-50 ) و ایمنی &quot;مطلوب&quot; (100-70 ) طبقه بندی شدند.<br> <span style="color:#d35400;">یافته ها: </span>بر اساس نتایج در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر همدان سطح آمادگی عملکردی23/56 درصد، سطح ایمنی غیر سازه ای، سازه ای و ایمنی کل به ترتیب96/63، 39/89 و 13/75 درصد می باشد.<br> <span style="color:#d35400;">بحث و نتیجه گیری :</span> سطح ایمنی غیرسازه ای و سازه ای در سطح قابل قبولی می باشد که قابلیت ارتقاء را دارد اما سـطح آمادگی عملکردی در مراکز بهداشتی مورد مطالعه در شهر همدان در سطح متوسط ارزیابی گردید. علت آن می تواند مواردی چون نبود تشکیلات منسجم مـدیریت خطر بلایا، بودجه و دانش کافی باشد.</span></span></strong></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#d35400;">Background:</span> The most important demand of people in disasters is health and the provision of coordinated, integrated, continuous, and accessible health services. Effective disaster management depends on anticipating and identifying disaster problems and considering the necessary facilities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety status and functional, structural, and non-structural preparedness of health centers in disasters.<br> <span style="color:#d35400;">Materials and Method:</span> This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 49 health centers of Hamadan in 2021. To collect data, standard interviews, observation, and checklist methods were used based on disaster risk assessment guidelines in the health care network system. These checklists examine the safety status of health centers in three areas of functional preparedness, structural safety, and non-structural safety. The average functional preparedness, structural and non-structural, is considered a safety score, and health centers are in one of the levels of &quot;low&quot; safety (0-50), &quot;moderate&quot; safety (50-70), and &quot;optimal&quot; safety (70-100).<br> <span style="color:#d35400;">Results: </span>According to the results in the health centers of Hamadan city, the level of functional preparedness is 56.23%, the level of non-structural safety, structural safety, and total safety are 63.96, 89.39, and 75.13%, respectively.<br> <span style="color:#d35400;">Conclusion:</span> According to the findings of this study, the level of non-structural and structural safety of health centers in Hamadan was at an acceptable level that can be improved, however, the level of functional preparedness was assessed at a moderate level.
