fa ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش ایمنی پیمانکاران در کاهش حوادث ناشی از کار ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آموزش ایمنی به عنوان مهم</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ترین گام در اخذ صلاحیت ایمنی پیمانکاران ساخت‌ و ساز می</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تواند به کاهش نرخ وقوع حوادث کمک نماید. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش ایمنی پیمانکاران ساخت ‌و ساز بر کاهش حوادث ناشی از کار </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">طی یک دوره پنج ساله (97-1393) </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">طراحی و انجام شد.</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.1pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مطالعه کوهورت تاریخی حاضر در سال 1398 در ارتباط با 44 شرکت پیمانکار فعال در عرصه ساخت ‌و ساز انجام شد. داده‌های مورد نظر در این مطالعه شامل: مشخصات پیمانکاران ساخت ‌و ساز، مستندات آموزش ایمنی ارائه شده و گواهی صلاحیت ایمنی پیمانکاران و همچنین داده‌های گزارشات حوادث ناشی از کار بود. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل این داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IBM SPSS 22 </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">صورت گرفت.<span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span><span style="color:#005c2a;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بیشترین و کمترین میزان مطلوبیت در آموزش‌های ارائه شده به پیمانکاران به ترتیب مربوط به زمان اجرای آموزش (8/77 درصد) و تکنیک آموزش (7/40 درصد) بود</span>. نتایج نشان دادند که نسبت بروز حوادث و مرگ <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌و میر ناشی از کار در گروه مواجهه پس از ارائه آموزش</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">های ایمنی و اخذ گواهی‌نامه صلاحیت ایمنی، کاهش معنا‌داری داشته است (05/0</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). علاوه‌براین، نسبت بروز حوادث و مرگ و میر ناشی از کار در دو گروه مواجهه و غیر مواجهه در سال‌های 97-1396 اختلاف معنا‌داری داشت (05/0</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج بیانگر آن بودند که با وجود کاهش نسبت بروز حوادث و مرگ ‌و میر ناشی از کار پس از ارائه آموزش‌های ایمنی در گروه مواجهه، ارتقای سطح کیفی و میزان مطلوبیت آموزش‌های ایمنی برای اخذ گواهی‌نامه صلاحیت ایمنی پیمانکاران می‌تواند اثربخشی این آموزش‌ها را بسیار افزایش داده و به کاهش چشمگیر بروز حوادث در بخش ساخت ‌و ساز کمک نماید.</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Background and Objective</strong><strong>:</strong></span> Safety training as the most important step in the obtainment of safety qualifications for construction contractors can help reduce the accidents rate. The present study aimed to assess&nbsp; the effectiveness of safety training for construction contractors in the reduction of&nbsp; work-related accidents during a 5-year time period (2014-2018). <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong></span> This historical cohort study was conducted on 44 contractor companies in 2019. Half of the 44 contractors were qualified by safety training, and the other half were unqualified. The data of the current study included the characteristics of the contractors, the provided safety training documentation, contractors&#39; safety qualification certificates, as well work-related accident reports. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS (version 22.0).<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> The highest and lowest levels of desirability in the training provided to contractors were reported as training time (77.8%) and training technique (40.7%), respectively. The results of Cochran&#39;s test demonstrated that the incidence ratio of work-related accidents and deaths in the exposure group significantly decreased after providing safety training and obtaining a certificate of safety qualification (P<0.05).
