fa بررسی توانایی شغلی و ارتباط آن با شدت اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در کارکنان کارخانه سیمان شمال ارگونومی Ergonomics مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <p style="text-align: justify"><strong style="line-height: 1.6em">زمینه و هدف:</strong><span style="line-height: 1.6em"> بهره وری کارکنان به توانایی کار افراد وابسته است. با توجه به این که اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی را می‌توان یکی از اصلی‌ترین علل کاهش توانایی شغلی و ناتوانی دانست، مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین میزان توانایی شغلی و ارتباط آن با شدت اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در کارکنان کارخانه سیمان شمال انجام پذیرفت.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی_تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی در میان 175 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در کارخانه سیمان شمال که در گروه‌های شغلی مختلف مشغول به کار بودند، انجام شده است. توانایی کار با استفاده از پرسشنامه شاخص توانایی انجام کار (<span dir="LTR">WAI</span>) و میزان شیوع علائم اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه نوردیک تعیین گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 16 و آزمون‌های آماری، از جمله ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آنالیز واریانس انجام شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین و انحراف معیار توانایی شغلی کارکنان کارخانه سیمان 80/5&plusmn;37/38 بود. جهت تعیین ارتباط توانایی شغلی با هر کدام از متغیرهای سن و سابقه کار از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید که مطابق با آن ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار مشاهده نشد(به ترتیب :355/0<span dir="LTR"> P_value =</span>،096/0<span dir="LTR"> P_value=</span>). آزمون آنالیز واریانس نشان داد که شاخص توانایی کار با شدت اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، رابطه معنی‌دار دارد(<span dir="LTR"> P_value <</span>0/001).</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: در این مطالعه اکثر افراد مورد بررسی از توانایی خوبی برخوردار بودند و توانایی شغلی قویاً با اختلالات اسکلتی _عضلانی مرتبط بود، لذا کاهش اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی از طریق کاهش و یا حذف ریسک فاکتورهای ایجادکننده آن توصیه می‌گردد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background & Objectives: </strong>Employee productivity depends on the individuals&rsquo; ability to work<span dir="RTL">.</span> As musculoskeletal disorders are considered one of the main causes of reduced work ability and disability, the present study was conducted to assess work ability among workers of Shomal Cement Co. and to determine the relationship between the Work Ability Index (WAI) and the severity of musculoskeletal disorders.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Methods:</strong> The present analytical, descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted on 175 workers of Shomal Cement Co. occupied in different job categories. The work ability of the employees was assessed using the WAI and the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among them was then assessed using the Nordic questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed in SPSS-16 using statistical tests including the Pearson Correlation Coefficient and the Analysis of Variance.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results: </strong>The mean value and standard deviation of the WAI in the employees of Shomal Cement Co. was calculated as 38.37&plusmn;5.80. The Pearson correlation coefficient obtained showed no significant correlations between the WAI and the variables of age and work experience (P-value=0.355 and 0.096).
