fa ارزیابی و هم‌سنجی فرایند ممیزی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی استان خراسان شمالی ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span></span></strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#e67e22;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آزمایشگاه‌های</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تشخیص</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">طبی به‌دلیل ویژگی‌های حساس کارکردی، با دشواری‌های گوناگونی در بخش‌های بهداشتی، ایمنی و محیط‌زیستی روبه‌رو هستند. ازاین‌رو چگونگی ممیزی این موارد اهمیت بسیاری دارد. پژوهش کنونی با هدف ارزیابی فرایند چگونگی ممیزی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی استان خراسان شمالی و سنجش‌پذیری آن‌ها در بین 37 آزمایشگاه‌ دولتی و خصوصی و 148 نفر در 8 شهرستان این استان انجام شده است.<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این پژوهش برای ممیزی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست از یک چک‌لیست تأییدشده (از منظر روایی و پایایی) و برای واکاوی داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای آماری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 24 و اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس 2 بهره گرفته شد.</span><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بر پایه تحلیل‌ها، متغیرهای بررسی‌شده در پژوهش وضعیت مناسبی در آزمایشگاه‌ها دارند، اما ابعاد گوناگون ممیزی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست به‌جز نگهداری در آزمایشگاه‌های دولتی، شرایط بهتری نسبت به خصوصی دارد. ابعاد مختلف ممیزی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست به‌جز فاضلاب در شهرهای گوناگون استان مثل هم است.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong><span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">قوانین و بازرسی‌های کنونی آزمایشگاه‌های طبی استان خراسان شمالی، به پیروی از راهنماها و بخش‌نامه‌های وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی، بسیار مناسب ارزیابی و اجرا می‌شوند. به همین دلیل آزمایشگاه‌های دولتی و خصوصی بررسی‌شده در این پژوهش از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار بودند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Background and Objective</strong><strong>:</strong></span> Medical diagnostic laboratories face a myriad of problems in the field of safety, health, and/or the&nbsp;environment (HSE) due to their sensitive functional characteristics. Therefore, the audit of these issues is of utmost importance. The present study aimed to evaluate EHS&nbsp;audit in medical diagnostic laboratories of North Khorasan province and their measurability among 37 public and private laboratories and 148 employees in 8 cities of this province.<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong></span> For the purpose of the study, a checklist (approved in the terms of validity and reliability) was used to assess the level of HSE audit. SPSS (version 24) and SMART-PLS software were used to analyze the obtained data.<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> As evidenced by the obtained results, the variables under study are in good condition in laboratories. Nonetheless, except for maintenance, the various dimensions of HSE audit have better conditions in public laboratories, compared to private ones. Moreover, it was found that different dimensions of HSE audit, except for sewage, are the same in different cities of the province.<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong></span> Current laws and inspections of medical laboratories of North Khorasan province, following the guidelines and directives of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, are very well evaluated and implemented.
