fa برآورد بار حوادث ناشی از کار با استفاده از شاخص دالی بر حسب نوع فعالیت اقتصادی: مطالعه موردی: ایران ۹۶-۱۳۸۶ ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;</span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در توسعه پایدار، انسان ‌محور توسعه بوده و سزاوار تأمین بهداشت و ایمنی می‌باشد. رشد شتابان صنعتی‌شدن همراه با توجه ناکافی به اصول ایمنی باعث افزایش نرخ حوادث شغلی در کشورهای درحال توسعه شده است. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف برآورد سال‌های ازدست‌رفته عمر به دلیل حوادث ناشی از کار کارگران تحت پوشش سازمان تأمین اجتماعی کشور طی سال‌های 96-1386</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">انجام شد.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌‌ها:</span></span></strong></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی حاضر در ارتباط با آمار حوادث ناشی از کار سازمان تأمین اجتماعی کشور با استفاده از شاخص دالی (Adjusted Life Years) انجام شد. در این مطالعه به‌منظور برآورد بار ناتوانی از درصدهای ازکارافتادگی استفاده گردید. همچنین تعداد سال‌های ازدست‌رفته به دلیل مرگ زودهنگام، تعداد سال‌های تلف‌شده به علت ناتوانی</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و مجموع سال‌های ازدست‌رفته (دالی) با درنظرگرفتن ارزش‌های اجتماعی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار&nbsp;Excel محاسبه شد.</span><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:-.05pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong>&nbsp;</span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج نشان دادند که تعداد سال‌های ازدست‌رفته (دالی) به دلیل حوادث ناشی از کار معادل ۱۸۱۹۰۰ سال می‌باشد. بر مبنای نتایج، 8/15 درصد از تعداد سال‌های ازدست‌رفته مربوط به مرگ زودهنگام بوده و 2/84 درصد از سال‌های تلف‌شده ناشی از ناتوانی می‌باشد. باید خاطرنشان ساخت که بیشترین سال‌های ازدست‌رفته به‌ دلیل حوادث ناشی از کار، مربوط به فعالیت‌های ساختمانی با ۳۹۸۶۰ سال (9/21 درصد) بوده است.</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span dir="RTL" style="position:relative;top:-1.0pt;letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">&nbsp;<span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج این مطالعه نظارت ناکافی بر فعالیت‌های ساختمانی و لزوم ارائه آموزش‌های بدو استخدام به کارگران و پیمانکاران ساختمانی را گوشزد می‌نماید</span></span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span> <div id="ftn1"></div></div> <div class="rounded" style="background:#d0e5ff;border:1px solid #3d81e8;padding:5px 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong></span> Human beings are at the center of concerns for sustainable development in which they deserve health and safety. The rapid growth of industrialization coupled with insufficient attention to safety principles has led to an increase in the rate of occupational accidents in developing countries. This study aimed to estimate the years of life lost due to work-related accidents among workers covered by the National Organization of Social Security from 2007 to 2017.<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> </span>This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted based on the statistics of occupational accidents reported by the National Organization of Social Security using the Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALY) index. Disability percentiles were used to estimate the disability burden in this study. Moreover, Excel software was utilized to estimate the number of years lost due to early death and disability, and the overall years of life lost regarding the social values.<br> <span style="color:#e67e22;"><strong>Results:</strong> </span>The results showed that 181900 years were lost due to occupational accidents. Moreover, 15.8% and 84.2% of the lost years were due to early death and disability, respectively.
