fa ارزیابی تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی و فنی بر جو ایمنی سازمان و عملکرد ایمن کارگران در پروژه ساخت و ساز کشور ایمنی Safety مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اعتقاد بر این است که آموزش مسائل ایمنی به&shy;عنوان یکی از اقدامات ایمنی پیشگام در زمینه بهبود جو ایمنی و عملکرد ایمنی در سازمان می&shy;باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین تاثیر مداخلات آموزشی و فنی جهت فراهم آوردن محیط کاری با جو ایمنی سالم می&shy;باشد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه مداخله&shy;ای، 480 کارگر از مشاغل مختلف وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات زمینه&shy;ای، جو ایمنی و عملکرد ایمنی از طریق پرسشنامه جمع&shy;آوری شدند. پرسشنامه&shy;ها در سه مرحله تکمیل و جمع&shy;آوری شدند: مرحله قبل از مداخله، یک ماه بعد از اولین مداخله و یک ماه بعد از دومین مداخله (چهار ماه بعد از اولین مداخله). داده&shy;ها با استفاده از آزمون&shy;های تی زوجی، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و تعدیل بونفرونی در محیط نرم&shy;افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نسخه 23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها: </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;های مطالعه حاضر نشان&shy;دهنده تاثیر چشمگیر آموزش ایمنی بر تمام مؤلفه&shy;های جو ایمنی و بهبود عملکرد ایمنی کارگران بود. همچنین می&shy;توان نتیجه گرفت که بهبود چشمگیر در جو ایمنی نشان&shy;دهنده نقش بسزای مداخلات آموزشی بهمراه مداخلات فنی به &shy;عنوان عوامل اساسی در بهبود وضعیت ایمنی کارگران در سازمان می&shy;باشد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">نتیجه &shy;گیری: </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به طور کلی نتایج مطالعه حاضر درصدد ارتقاء درک ما نسبت به اثرات آموزش ایمنی بر جو ایمنی بویژه در رابطه با بهبود عملکرد ایمنی می&shy;باشد. تلاش درجهت انجام پژوهش &shy;های بیشتر در راستای بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات آموزش ایمنی با افزودن عوامل انگیزشی و تاثیر آن بر جو ایمنی در صنایع مختلف ضروری به&shy;نظر می&shy;رسد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>Safety training, as one of the safety interventions, is believed to be an antecedent of safety climate and safety performance improvement within organizations. The aim of this study is to assess the impact of training and technical interventions to provide healthy safety climate in the workplace.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this interventional study, 480 workers of different job groups in construction Company were entered the study. Data were collected using demographic, safety climate and safety performance questionnaires. Questionnaires were completed at three stages including before the intervention, one month after the first intervention and one month after the second intervention (four months after the first intervention). Data were analyzed by paired t-test, one-way analysis of variance and bonferroni test using SPSS23 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings of this study revealed that there was a significant improvement in all safety training impact subscales indicating that employees promoted their safety performance. The findings of this study also revealed significant improvements in the safety climate, indicating that the training role has been viewed as crucial in improving and supporting employees&rsquo; and organization&rsquo;s safety.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Overall, the current study has gone some way towards enhancing our understanding of safety training impacts and its influence on safety climate, particularly with regard to the improvement of safety performance.
