fa تجزیه و تحلیل نظام مند یک دهه پژوهش های حوزه سلامت کار در ایران عمومى General مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>نظر به توجه روزافزون به سلامت نیروی‌کار و از سویی افزایش تولیدات علمی در قالب&nbsp; مقالات علمی پژوهشی، هدف از این تحقیق تجزیه و تحلیل نظامند پژوهش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها در حوزه سلامت نیروی کار در مجلات علمی کشور بوده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه بصورت مقطعی و گذشته نگر برای دوره‌ای ده ساله از سال 1384 تا 1393 در میان مجلات تخصصی حوزه سلامت نیروهای کار و بهداشت حرفه‌ای انجام پذیرفت. داده ها با استفاده شیوه تحلیل محتوا، به کمک چک لیست محقق ساخته و از طریق تمام شماری مقالات گردآوری گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>داده‌های حاصل از استخراج 927 مقاله از 5 نشریه تخصصی طی دوره ای ده ساله گویای روند روبه رشد انتشار مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی بود. اکثر پژوهش ها در خصوص سلامت جسمی و پس از آن پیرامون سلامت روانی به اجرا در آمده بودند. از نظر عوامل زیان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>‌آور، عوامل ارگونومیک با نسبت 27/24 درصد بیشترین سهم مقالات و پژوهش ها را به خود اختصاص داد. تنها 54/11درصد از مقالات مورد بررسی از نوع مداخله‌ای &nbsp;بود و نشانی از مطالعات همگروهی یا کوهورت در مقالات یافت نشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته های این مطالعه که از نوع علم سنجی است، از عدم توازن پژوهش ها در حوزه سلامت نیروی کار حکایت دارد. بگونه ای که برخی عوامل زیان آور مانند عوامل ارگونومیک مورد تاکید بسیار و بعضی از ابعاد سلامت مانند سلامت اجتماعی مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است. با توجه به وضعیت موجود، تعیین اولویت های کشوری به منظور توزیع متعادل پژوهش در زمینه سلامت نیروهای کار لازم به نظر می رسد.</p> <p><strong style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Introduction</strong><strong>: </strong></p> <p>In view of the increasing attention to the health of the workforce and the other hand the increase in scientific outputs in format of scientific and research papers, the aim of this study was to monitor the status of technical articles of Iranian journals in the field of health workforce.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong></p> <p>This retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted for a period of ten years (2005-2015) in the specialized field occupational health journals. The data based on content analysis method with researcher-made checklist and using by census articles were collected.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong></p> <p>the extracted data, from 927 article from 5 specialized journals in period of ten years, was represent the growing trend in publication of Persian and English articles. Most research had been done respectively in physical and mental health scope. According to the type of harmful factors, Ergonomic factors with 24.27 percent, has been allocated to itself the largest portion of articles and research. Only 11.54 percent of reviewed articles was interventional studies. Also, cohort studies was not found among articles.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong></p> <p>The findings of this study which is the Scientometrics type, represent the imbalance in health workforce researches. So that hazardous agents such as ergonomic factors is strong emphasis and some health aspects such as public health is neglected.
